How long will we keep your personal data?

Data will be retained no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing or as required by legal obligations. Once no longer needed, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or total destruction.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

No disclosure of personal data to third parties is planned, except where necessary for the development and execution of processing purposes, to our communication service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processing agreements as required by current privacy regulations.

The rights of the USER are:

The right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or provided in download forms, USERS expressly and freely agree that their data is necessary to process their request by the service provider, while providing data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for providing an optimal service to the USER. If all data are not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services offered will fully meet their needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of the personal data under its responsibility, and specifically with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which the data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the necessary information to exercise those rights.
