Connect your network equipment with the StarTech.com Cat6a category patch cord, a 7 m grey cable that reaches 10 Gigabit Ethernet speeds. Its 10GBase-T wiring technology and 500 MHz frequency enable a data transfer rate of 10000 Mbit/s, ideal for demanding networks. It includes two male RJ-45 connectors, one at each end, with gold-plated contacts and a protective connector sleeve. S/UTP (STP) shielding helps reduce interference in high-traffic environments. Its conductor type is stranded and 26 AWG gauge, which provides flexibility during installation. It supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), so it can power compatible devices through the cable itself. It is also compatible with Plug and Play, so you just need to connect it to start using it with no configuration. Weighing 288 g, it is a practical piece for everyday use.
