Description
Connect your network devices with the StarTech.com Cat6a patch cord, a 5 m blue cable designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet links. Its 10GBase-T cabling technology enables a data transfer speed of 10000 Mbit/s, making it suitable for installations requiring high network performance. The conductor is stranded copper with an AWG 26 gauge, and the S/UTP (STP) shielding helps maintain signal integrity in environments with interference. Both ends are male RJ-45 connectors, with a protective connector boot that protects the locking tabs during use. The boot jacket is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and meets the CMG (CM) rating. It features strain relief and is Plug and Play compatible, so you can connect it without additional configuration. It is a patch cord suitable for PoE power delivery of up to 100 W and weighs 190 g.
