Description
The StarTech.com Twinax Direct Attach cable connects two SFP+ ports via a passive copper link. It reaches a data transfer rate of 10000 Mbit/s and is MSA uncoded compatible, so it works with equipment from different manufacturers. It has male SFP+ connectors at both ends and supports the InfiniBand protocol. Its installation is immediate thanks to Plug and Play, with no need for additional configuration. The PVC jacket protects the conductor in fixed installations. This black model with a 3 m cable is suitable for linking switches and servers within the rack. It supports an operating temperature range of 0 to 70 °C and a storage range of -40 to 80 °C. It has CE, FCC certification and RoHS compliance certificates, and its weight is 150 g.
