Description
Connect serial devices to a computer with this STARTECH.COM USB to serial adapter cable, which features the FTDI FT232RL chipset. The male DB-9 connector joins the male USB A connector along a 2.5 m cable, with 2500 kV isolation. It offers a transmission rate of 921.6 Kbit/s and allows the data bits to be configured at 7 or 8, the stop bits at 1 or 2 and various parity modes. The housing is plastic and the product is black, with dimensions of 40 x 20 x 2400 mm and a weight of 86 g. It supports an operating temperature range of 0 to 55 °C and a relative humidity of between 5 and 95 %. Its 256 B PEPS buffer helps manage data transmission in serial communication applications.
