Description
Connect your network equipment with the StarTech.com CAT6 Ethernet cable, a slim red 1.5 m patch cord designed for installations where space is tight. Its two straight RJ-45 connectors feature gold-plated contacts, which favour stable transmission on every connection. The conductor is stranded copper and the shielding is U/UTP, with an operating frequency of 250 MHz and support for Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet under 10/100/1000Base-T(X) technology. The jacket is made from halogen-free material (LSZH), a suitable option for conduits and enclosed spaces. It supports Power over Ethernet with a budget of up to 100 W in accordance with the IEEE 802.3bt standard, so it can power compatible devices without the need for an additional power source.
