Description
Connect your network devices with the StarTech.com Cat6 Ethernet cable, a 10 m black cable designed to link equipment with male RJ-45 connectors. Its 24 AWG stranded construction and U/UTP shielding allow it to work with 10/100/1000Base-T(X) technology and reach a data transfer speed of 1000 Mbit/s up to a frequency of 650 MHz. The contacts of its connectors are gold-plated, which promotes stable transmission in Gigabit Ethernet environments, and it also supports Power over Ethernet (PoE). The protective boot protects the connector tabs, so they are less likely to snag when passing through conduits or trunking. Its polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket provides resistance to daily use and the assembly weighs 391 g. As it is compatible with Plug and Play, simply plug in each end to get it up and running.
