Description
Connect your network devices with the StarTech.com Cat6 Gigabit network cable, a 2 m purple cable designed for stable Ethernet links. Its two male RJ-45 connectors feature gold-plated contacts, which help ensure reliable transmission, and its 24 AWG stranded copper conductor works with frequencies of up to 650 MHz. It offers Gigabit Ethernet compatibility and data transfer speeds of 1000 Mbit/s, as well as supporting Power over Ethernet to power connected devices through the cable itself. The protective boot on the connectors reduces the risk of snagging when passing through dense installations, and U/UTP shielding helps maintain signal integrity over 2 m runs. Its CMG-rated PVC jacket is suitable for wiring in vertical spaces. Weighing 83 g, it is lightweight and easy to handle during installation.
