Description
The Kingston DC3000ME 7.68 TB SSD is a solid-state NVMe drive designed for server environments, with a U.2 form factor and PCI Express 5.0 interface. It reaches a read speed of 14000 MB/s and a write speed of 10000 MB/s, with a 4KB random read of 2800000 IOPS and a 4KB random write of 500000 IOPS. Its read latency is 10 µs and write latency is 70 µs, and it uses 3D eTLC memory. It features hardware encryption with 256-bit AES and TCG Opal 2.0 security algorithms, as well as power loss protection. Its mean time between failures is 2000000 h and its power consumption when writing is 24 W. The unit weighs 151.3 g and measures 69.8 x 14.8 x 100.5 mm.
