Description
The Kingston DC600M 960 GB SSD is a 2.5" solid state drive designed for servers and workstations with Mixed Use workloads. Its Serial ATA III interface reaches read speeds of up to 560 MB/s and write speeds of up to 530 MB/s, with a data transfer rate of 6 Gbit/s. The 3D TLC NAND memory allows 94,000 IOPS in random 4 KB read and 65,000 IOPS in random write, with latencies of 200 µs and 30 µs respectively. It incorporates PLP H/W function and Hot-Plug compatibility, and its TBW rating is 1752 with a mean time between failures of 2,000,000 hours. With dimensions of 69.8 x 7 x 100.1 mm and a weight of 69 g, it integrates easily into 2.5-inch bays.
