Description
The Dahua Technology DHI-SSD-C900VN1TB is a 1 TB solid state drive with an M.2 form factor, designed to be installed in a PC. It uses 3D TLC memory and connects via a PCI Express 3.0 interface with NVMe 1.3 protocol, so it reaches a read speed of 3400 MB/s and a write speed of 3000 MB/s. In random workloads it delivers 360000 IOPS in 4KB read and 280000 IOPS in 4KB write, with a TBW rating of 512 and a mean time between failures of 1500000 h. It features ECC error correction and S.M.A.R.T. and TRIM support, with a maximum power consumption of 4.1 W.
