Description
The Samsung MZ-V9S1T0 1 TB SSD is an internal storage drive in the M.2 2280 form factor (22 x 80 mm), designed to be installed in a PC. Its PCI Express 4.0 interface and NVMe 2.0 version allow it to reach a read speed of 7150 MB/s and a write speed of 6300 MB/s, with 850000 IOPS in random 4 KB read and 1350000 IOPS in random 4 KB write. It uses V-NAND TLC memory and offers a mean time between failures of 1500000 h. It includes hardware encryption with 256-bit AES algorithms, as well as S.M.A.R.T., TRIM and DevSleep support. Its dimensions are 80.2 x 22.1 x 2.38 mm and its weight is 9 g, so it barely adds any bulk to the system where you install it.
