Description
Converts the TRENDNET TFC-1000MSC, a grey wired connectivity technology media converter, signals between fibre optic and Ethernet networks. It reaches a maximum transfer rate of 2000 Mbit/s and works with Gigabit Ethernet under the IEEE 802.3ab and IEEE 802.3z standards, with a data rate of 1000 Mbit/s. Its input interface is 1000Base-T through an RJ-45 Ethernet LAN port, while the output is 1000Base-LX with an SC fibre optic connector. It is designed for multimode fibre, with a wavelength of 1310 nm and a maximum transfer distance of 550 m. Its power consumption is 2,7 W and it is powered by an external power adapter that supports an input voltage of 100-240 and a frequency of 50/60. With a weight of 354 g, it is a compact piece to integrate into network installations.
