Description
5 m grey EQUIP network cable, designed for installations requiring high and stable performance. Its Cat8.1 construction with S/FTP (S-STP) shielding and AWG 24/7 stranded conductors allows it to reach a frequency of 2000 MHz and a data transfer rate of 40000 Mbit/s. It is compatible with 40GBase-T and with 10 Gigabit Ethernet, 40 Gigabit Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet and Fast Ethernet networks, and complies with IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.5 standards. Its two male connectors are straight and feature gold-plated contacts, which favours reliable transmission on every connection. It supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), so it can power devices through the cable itself. The cable is round, weighs 350 g and measures 8 x 5000 x 8 mm.
