Description
The Zyxel GS1200-8 managed switch in silver provides eight Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) RJ-45 ports for setting up a home or small office network with demanding traffic. It is managed from the browser, so you can configure VLAN, QoS quality of service and storm control without additional software. It includes flow control, link aggregation and port mirroring, as well as auto MDI/MDI-X and full duplex transmission to avoid bottlenecks. It supports the IEEE 802.1Q, 802.1p, 802.3ab, 802.3az, 802.3u, 802.3x and 802.3z standards, and its MAC address table supports up to 4000 entries. It also handles Jumbo Frames and has a packet buffer memory of 0.15 MB. Power is supplied through its DC input jack. The chassis measures 155 x 26 x 85 mm (width x height x depth) and weighs 325 g, so it sits easily on any desk or shelf.
