Description
The TP-Link MC200CM V3 is a black internal media converter that transforms an Ethernet connection into fibre optic. It works with Gigabit Ethernet and reaches a maximum data transfer speed of 1000 Mbit/s, complying with the IEEE 802.3ab, IEEE 802.3x and IEEE 802.3z network standards. Its interface combines an RJ-45 Ethernet LAN port with a fibre channel port with SC connector, and supports Cat6 cable types. The fibre technology it uses is multimode, with a wavelength of 850 nm and a maximum transfer distance of 550 m over 1000BASE-FX and 1000BASE-SX. It incorporates Auto MDI/MDI-X for connection and offers wired connectivity. Its activity and link LED indicators show the status of the device. It consumes 5.5 W and has dimensions of 94.5 x 27 x 73 mm (width x height x depth), designed for internal mounting.
