Description
The Tacens APB550 is a 550 W black power supply unit that meets the needs of desktop computers with moderate power consumption. Its weight of 1.28 kg and dimensions of 150 x 85 x 140 mm (width x height x depth) allow it to be fitted into standard-format cases without complications. It operates with an input of 220 to 240 V and a frequency of 50 to 60 Hz, with an input current of 4.5 A. It incorporates active power factor correction and distributes its power across the different rails: 360 W on the +12 V line, with a maximum current of 30 A, and 180 W on both +5 V and 3.3 V. The outputs support up to 25 A on +5 V, 24 A on +3.3V and 2.5 A on +5Vsb, while the -12V rail remains at 0.5 A. The cooling system is active and uses a single 12 cm fan to keep the temperature under control.
