Description
StarTech.com high-performance CPU thermal paste comes in a pack of 5 units, presented in re-sealable 1.5 g syringes each. Its metal oxide, silicone and carbon compound offers a thermal conductivity of 3.07 W/m·K and a thermal resistance of 0.12 °C/W, which promotes heat transfer between the processor and the heat sink. Each syringe weighs 4 g and measures 20 x 20 x 67 mm (width x height x depth), compact dimensions that facilitate precise application on the chip surface. The paste features a blue and silver and white colour in its mixture, and its relative density is 1.7 g/cm³. It supports an operating temperature range of 30 to 180 °C, making it suitable for demanding working conditions in computer equipment. In addition, its relative humidity range for operation spans 50 to 80%, and it can be stored between -30 and 180 °C without losing its properties.
