Description
The StarTech.com 4-port SATA controller card expands your equipment with four internal SATA connections via a PCIe host interface and a PCIe 3.0 standard. Measuring 56 x 16 x 70 mm and weighing 75 g, it features a red colour and an internal format that fits into your motherboard's slot. It incorporates the ASMedia ASM1164 chipset and reaches a maximum data transfer rate of 6 Gbit/s with SATA 3.0 revision. It supports port multiplier, which allows multiple devices to be connected to each available port. It also features S.M.A.R.T. and TRIM support for the maintenance of your drives. It is compatible with Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019 server operating systems, and offers support for Linux. It operates within an operating temperature range of 0 to 85 °C and a relative humidity of between 20 and 80%.
