Description
The StarTech.com PCIe card adds five 10 Gbps USB ports to your computer: four USB Type-C and one internal USB Type-A. It installs in a PCIe slot via PCIe host interface and supports the PCI 3.0 expansion card standard. Its full-height format is compatible with low profile, and to power it it incorporates a 15-pin SATA connector. It mounts the ASMEDIA ASM3142 and VIA LABS VL822 chipsets, and includes UASP support to speed up transfers. It is black in colour, with dimensions of 121 x 22 x 122 mm and a weight of 60 g. It operates in an operating temperature range of 0 to 50 °C, with a relative humidity of between 5 and 90 %, and supports storage temperatures of -10 to 70 °C. It offers compatibility with Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016 and 2019, as well as Linux, and has RoHS compliance certification.
