Description
Connect your devices with the StarTech.com Cat6 Ethernet network cable, an RJ45 male to male patch cord in grey with a cable length of 15 m. Its copper conductor and 250 MHz frequency allow it to reach a data transfer speed of 1000 Mbit/s, compatible with Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet under the IEEE 802.3bt standard. It features PoE++ (4PPoE) protection, so it can power equipment such as access points or cameras through the cable itself. The halogen-free (LSZH) jacket reduces smoke emissions in the event of a fire, a useful detail in installations where safety matters. The connector contacts are gold-plated to maintain a stable signal over time, and the connector's protective jacket prevents snags when passing through conduits or racks. Being Plug and Play compatible, you just need to plug in each end to start using it.
