It uses V-NAND memory and reaches read speeds of up to 14800 MB/s and write speeds of up to 13400 MB/s, with a random performance of 2200000 IOPS read 4KB and 2600000 IOPS write 4KB. The PCI Express interface operates with four lanes and a voltage of 3.3 V. It incorporates hardware encryption with 256-bit AES algorithms, as well as S.M.A.R.T. and TRIM support for drive health maintenance. It also features DevSleep and has a mean time between failures of 1500000 h. Its dimensions are 80.2 x 22.1 x 3.88 mm and its weight is 9.5 g.
