Description
The NETGEAR XS512EM managed switch is a 1U device in blue and grey that organises high-speed networks with L2 layer management. It incorporates 12 RJ-45 ports for basic switching with 10G Ethernet (100/1000/10000) support and 2 slots for SFP+ modules, so you can combine copper and fibre connections according to your needs. It supports VLAN with up to 64 virtual networks and port-based virtual LAN functions, as well as storm transmission control and quality of service (QoS). Its switching capacity reaches 240 Gbit/s, with a MAC address table of 32000 entries and support for 9000 Jumbo frames. The packet buffer memory is 3 MB and it works with store and forward. Power is supplied via a DC input jack connector. With dimensions of 328 x 43 x 204 mm (width x height x depth) and a weight of 2.51 kg, it fits into 1U racks.
