Description
Connects network equipment with NANO CABLE's single-mode simplex SC/APC to SC/APC fibre optic cable, presented in yellow and with a cable length of 20 m. Its two male SC connectors feature APC polishing, making it suitable for installations requiring this type of termination. The G.657.A2 single-mode fibre offers a core diameter of 9 µm and a cladding diameter of 125 µm, values typical of this type of optical cabling. The jacket is made of halogen-free material, identified by the abbreviation LSZH, a common option in environments where safety against smoke in the event of fire is prioritised. As for optical performance, it presents an insertion loss of 0.3 dB and a return loss of 50 dB, data that reflect the behaviour of the signal through the cable.
