Description
The white AISENS fibre optic patch cable is a 120 m cable of G.657.A2 single-mode fibre, with a 9 µm core and a 125 µm cladding, designed to link equipment in installations requiring long runs. Its SC/APC connectors, both male, incorporate an APC polish that helps maintain the signal over long spans. It supports wavelengths of 1310, 1490 and 1550 nm, making it suitable for different transmission services over the same fibre. It has an insertion loss of 0.3 dB and a return loss of 50 dB, values that reflect stable connection behaviour. The Kevlar jacket protects the fibre against pulling and handling during installation. As it is halogen-free and has CPR Dca certification, it is suitable for deployments where fire reaction requirements are demanded.
