Description
The LINDY 46371 fibre optic cable is a green patch cable 2 m in length, designed for connecting equipment in network installations and InfiniBand environments. It is an OM3 multimode cable with a core diameter of 50 µm and a cladding diameter of 125 µm, which allows data to be transmitted at high speed over short distances within a data centre or a rack. Both ends are fitted with male LC connectors, so you can link compatible ports without the need for additional adapters. The full duplex behaviour facilitates simultaneous data transmission in both directions, which is common in multimode fibre links. It has an insertion loss of 0.3 dB, a value that helps maintain signal quality along the run. At 2 m, it is suitable for connecting switches, hubs and other devices located in the same rack.
