It incorporates a Marvell 88NV1120 controller and V-NAND TLC memory, a combination that sustains the drive's performance. It reaches a read speed of 520 MB/s and a write speed of 400 MB/s. The data transfer rate reaches 6 Gbit/s, so it takes advantage of the SATA link's bandwidth. It supports an operating temperature range of 0 to 70 °C and a storage temperature range of -45 to 85 °C.
