Description
Converts a Fast Ethernet RJ45 signal into multimode fibre optic with ST connector thanks to the Digitus Media Converter, an internal device in black that operates at 10 or 100 Mbit/s under IEEE 802.3 and 802.3u standards. This model supports 50/125 and 62.5/125 µm fibres, reaches a transmission distance of up to 2000 metres and works with a wavelength of 1310 nm, offering auto MDI/MDIX and full or half duplex. Its 128 KB buffer and Tx power ranges between -22 and -12 dBmW, with a minimum Rx of -30 dBmW, ensure stable conversion. Activity, link and power LED indicators facilitate link monitoring.
