Its 3D TLC memory and its Serial ATA III interface with NVMe support offer a read speed of 1775 MB/s and a write speed of 550 MB/s. Data transfer speed reaches 6 Gbit/s, with random read performance of 100000 IOPS and random write performance of 105000 IOPS. It includes native command queuing, S.M.A.R.T. support and TRIM support for efficient operation. The DevSleep function helps reduce power consumption at rest, which stands at 0.49 W, compared to 2.67 W when reading and 2.24 W when writing. With a weight of 40 g and dimensions of 65 x 9 x 120 mm (width x height x depth), it integrates easily into compact equipment.
