Description
1.8 m USB-C to USB-C cable, black, with straight male connectors at both ends and a weight of 85 g. The StarTech.com model is certified to work with Chromebook and complies with the USB-IF standard, making it a reliable everyday option. It offers a data transfer rate of up to 5 Gbit/s, equivalent to 5000 Mbit/s, under the USB 3.2 Gen 1 specification. It supports USB Power Delivery of up to 100 W with a maximum output current of 5 A, enough to charge compatible laptops and devices. Its contacts are nickel-plated and the cable jacket is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), with mylar aluminium foil shielding that protects the signal. The AWG 21 gauge of the conductors helps to withstand that power delivery.
