Description
The StarTech.com 4K HDMI over Fibre Extender Kit is a black AV signal transmitter and receiver, weighing 280 g and measuring 68 x 18 x 134 mm. It extends the signal up to 1000 m over single mode fibre or 330 m over multimode fibre, maintaining a maximum resolution of 4096 x 2160 pixels at 60 Hz. It supports HDR10 and is compatible with HDCP 2.2, as well as offering a bandwidth of 18 Gbit/s. It features 7.1 audio channels, infrared control in the 20 to 60 kHz range and data transmission at 115.2 Kbit/s for audio, RS232 and IR. It has LED indicators for activity and power, and protects the installation with 8 kV electrostatic discharge.
