Description
StarTech.com black RS232 serial extension cable, 3 m long, designed to extend serial connections between devices. Its two DB-9 connectors, one male and one female, allow devices with this type of port to be linked directly, maintaining straight through signal routing. The connector contacts are nickel-plated, which favours stable transmission on every connection. The cable jacket is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and protects the 28 AWG conductors against wear from daily use. It also features mylar aluminium foil shielding that helps reduce interference in the environment. Weighing 147 g, it is manageable and easy to install between two separate points. The assembly is CE, REACH and RoHS certified.
