The Sony MAS-A100 is a white presentation microphone, designed to capture the voice in rooms and environments where speaking to an audience takes place. Its frequency response ranges from 100 to 10000 Hz, a range that comfortably covers the register of the spoken word. It incorporates noise reduction and automatic gain control, two functions that help maintain a constant signal level without you having to adjust anything manually. Connection is wired via an RJ-45 interface, and it is powered by PoE, so it receives power through the network cable itself. It reaches a maximum sound pressure level of 94 dB, with a dynamic range of 75 dB and a signal-to-noise ratio also of 75 dB, values that translate into clean voice reproduction.
