Description
The MSI MAG X870 TOMAHAWK WIFI motherboard, in black, is designed for building systems with AMD Ryzen 7 processors on the AM5 socket. It supports up to 256 GB of DDR5-SDRAM memory spread across four DIMM slots, which operate in dual channel to take advantage of the bandwidth. As for storage, it accommodates HDD and SSD drives via M.2 and SATA III interfaces, with four SATA connectors available and RAID support at levels 0, 1 and 10. It also includes four internal USB 2.0 connectors for linking peripherals and chassis devices. Its AM5 socket places it on the current AMD platform, intended for high-performance configurations. The ATX form factor makes it easy to install in standard desktop cases. It is a solid base for building a custom system with room for expansion.
