Description
The I-TEC Metal USB 3.0 Gigabit Ethernet network adapter converts a USB port into a wired Ethernet connection. It features an RJ-45 port and reaches a maximum data transfer speed of 1000 Mbit/s, with compatibility with speeds of 10, 100 and 1000 Mbit/s. Its Realtek RTL8153 chipset manages the connection through the USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface, and the device receives power from the USB bus itself. It is compatible with the IEEE 802.3az standard and with Jumbo frames of up to 9000, as well as featuring IEEE Auto MDIX for automatic cabling adjustment. It also offers Android support among the compatible operating systems. It has a compact format, with a weight of 37 g and dimensions of 61 x 17 x 23 mm. Its black and grey finish gives it a sober and robust appearance.
