Description
The GOODRAM PX700 is a 1.02 TB solid state drive designed to be installed in a PC or laptop. Its M.2 form factor fits the 2280 size, with dimensions of 80 x 2.65 x 22 mm, so it fits into the corresponding slot on the motherboard. The PCI Express 4.0 interface and NVMe 1.4 version allow it to reach a read speed of 7400 MB/s and a write speed of 6500 MB/s. It uses 3D NAND memory and has 40 MB of external DDR cache memory to manage operations with agility. It supports S.M.A.R.T. and TRIM, common tools for maintaining drive performance and health over time. Its TBW rating of 600 indicates the write volume it can handle, and the mean time between failures of 1500000 h backs up its continuous use.
