Description
The EQUIP 605544 network cable in green with a 5 m cable is designed to expand or set up Ethernet installations reliably. Its Cat6 construction with S/FTP (S-STP) shielding and 28/7 stranded conductors operates at a frequency of 250 MHz, which allows it to reach a data transfer speed of 1000 Mbit/s. It is compatible with Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet, and complies with the IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.5 network standards. It supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), so it can power compatible devices through the cable itself. Its male connectors are straight and are moulded onto a round cable, which provides strength at the connection points. With dimensions of 8.34 x 5000 x 11.7 mm and a weight of 198 g, it is manageable to install between devices, outlets or patch panels.
