Description
The D-Link DGS-712 transceiver module extends the connectivity of your network equipment via a type T and TX SFP interface. It reaches a maximum data transfer speed of 1000 Mbit/s over copper cabling, with support for Gigabit Ethernet and 10BASE, 100BASE and 1000BASE technologies. Its maximum transfer distance is 100 m, sufficient for short links within racks and communications cabinets. It complies with the IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3ab, IEEE 802.3u and IEEE 802.3z standards, and operates at a maximum voltage of 3.3 V. The mean time between failures is 5617000 h, a figure that reflects the component's reliability in continuous operation. It has a metallic colour, weighs 20 g and measures 13.7 x 13.4 x 70.2 mm.
