Description
The blue LENOVO fibre optic and InfiniBand cable connects network equipment in installations requiring a direct, short-distance link. Its 3 m cable offers sufficient margin to join nearby ports within the same rack or between adjacent cabinets. It incorporates 2x LC connectors at both ends, so the link is covered with a single dual-fibre patch cord. The male gender of these connectors allows direct coupling to the female ports of compatible equipment. As it is OM4 fibre, the cable is designed to transmit data at high speed over short distances within a data centre. It is a suitable piece for connecting servers, switches and other network devices that work with this type of interface.
