Description
Connect your equipment with the StarTech.com Cat6 Ethernet cable, a 2 m black network cable designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet links with a data transfer rate of 10000 Mbit/s and a frequency of 650 MHz. Its two male RJ-45 connectors feature gold-plated contacts and a protective sleeve that helps preserve the retaining clip. The conductor is copper and the shielding is U/UTP, with a gauge of 24 AWG, over a round halogen-free (LSZH) jacket that reduces smoke emission in the event of fire. The Plug and Play function simplifies setup, as it is enough to plug in each end without additional configuration. Weighing 82 g, it is manageable both for fixed installations and for taking it with you. It is a practical option for connecting computers, switches, routers or access points in the office and at home.
