The StarTech.com network patch cable in grey is a 10 m Cat6 cable with male RJ-45 connectors at both ends, designed for 10GBase-T links. It achieves a data transfer speed of 10000 Mbit/s and a frequency of 650 MHz, making it suitable for demanding networks. Its 10GBase-T cabling technology and U/UTP (UTP) shielding allow it to be integrated into installations where stable performance is required. It supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), so it can power connected devices without the need for an additional electrical outlet. The conductor is copper and the jacket is halogen-free (LSZH), a relevant detail in installations where low smoke emission is a priority.
