Description
The StarTech.com PCI Express 10G network card with open SFP+ slot and Intel 82599 chipset connects your equipment to fibre networks through a single fibre channel port with SFP+ connector, over a PCI-E 2.0 host interface. With an internal format and black colour, it offers a transfer rate of up to 10000 Mbit/s in full duplex mode and is compatible with 10GBASE-LR, 10GBASE-LRM and 10GBASE-SR fibre technologies, both multimode and single-mode. It includes support for Jumbo frames of up to 15000 bytes, VLAN tagging and flow control, and complies with the IEEE 802.1Q, IEEE 802.3ad, IEEE 802.3ae, IEEE 802.3aq and IEEE 802.3x standards. It is compatible with Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2. The card measures 18 x 120 x 135 mm (width x height x depth) and weighs 102 g.
