Description

The ARCTIC MX-4 thermal paste from ARCTIC COOLING comes in a 45 g format, weighing 45 g, for application on the surface of processors, chipsets and heatsinks. Its thermal conductivity of 8.5 W/m·K improves heat transfer between the component and the cooling system. The formula incorporates carbon as a constituent ingredient and has a density of 2.5 g/cm³ and a viscosity of 870, which makes it easy to spread evenly without shifting. Its blue and white colour makes the exact application point on the surface clearly visible. As it is neither capacitive nor conductive, you can spread it near contacts and tracks without electrical risk. It has RoHS certificates of conformity, so it complies with the regulations on hazardous substances in electronic equipment. Apply it with a spatula or with a protected finger in the centre of the processor and let the pressure of the heatsink spread it.
