Description
Connect your equipment to a fibre optic network with the StarTech.com USB Type-C to SFP converter adapter, a compact black solution weighing 100 g with dimensions of 55 x 20 x 260 mm (width x height x depth). This converter offers a fibre channel port with SFP connector and a USB Type-C host interface under the USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) standard, with wired connection. It reaches a maximum data transfer rate of 1000 Mbit/s in full duplex bidirectional mode and is compatible with 1000BASE-SX and 1000BASE-LX ethernet cabling fibre technologies. It incorporates the IEEE 802.1Q and IEEE 802.3z network standards, supporting VLAN tagging and Jumbo frames of up to 9000 to optimise traffic. Its 0.195 m cable allows you to position the adapter conveniently, while the activity, link and power LED indicators show you the connection status at a glance.
