Description
Install the StarTech.com QSFP+ 40G network card in your server, a single-port PCIe NIC designed for converged fibre optic links. Its QSFP+ connector and PCI Express host interface allow it to be integrated into equipment such as Dell PowerEdge or HPE ProLiant, while wired connectivity technology ensures stable transmission over fibre. It reaches a maximum data transfer rate of 40000 Mbit/s and supports 9000 Jumbo Frames to optimise performance in demanding networks. It incorporates the Intel XL710-BM1 chipset and supports standards such as IEEE 802.1Q, IEEE 802.3ad, IEEE 802.3ba and IEEE 802.3x, as well as VLAN tagging. LED indicators make it easy to monitor link status, and its internal form factor fits the server bay. It comes in black and measures 121 x 20 x 181 mm, with a weight of 112 g.
