Description
The Mikrotik NetMetal 5 access point operates in the 5 GHz band with 256-QAM modulation and 80 MHz channel spacing, supporting Ethernet transfer speeds of 10, 100 and 1000 Mbit/s via its RJ-45 port. It incorporates Power over Ethernet (PoE) with a maximum consumption of 19 W and an AC input voltage of 8 to 30 V, as well as a USB 2.0 type A port for additional connectivity options. Its Qualcomm Atheros QCA9557 processor and 128 MB of internal memory manage network tasks, while the QCA9882-BR4A-R integrated circuit complements the device's performance. The aluminium casing protects the hardware, and it includes status and signal strength LED indicators, along with a reset button to facilitate its configuration.
