Its two male RJ-45 connectors feature gold-plated contacts, which promote stable transmission on every connection, and the Cat6 standard with 10/100/1000Base-T(X) technology supports data transfer speeds of up to 1000 Mbit/s with a frequency of 650 MHz. The conductor is copper and the jacket is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), with a 24 AWG gauge and CMG (CM) rating, while the connector's protective boot helps preserve the tabs against snags during daily use.
