Description
Lindy 47600 network cable, grey and 0.3 m in length, designed to connect equipment with male RJ-45 connectors at both ends. Its Cat6a construction with S/FTP (S-STP) shielding allows operation at a frequency of 500 MHz. The connector contacts are nickel-plated and the connector shielding is aluminium, which reinforces the screening against interference. The conductor is copper and the cable gauge is 26 AWG. The jacket is made of halogen-free material (LSZH), a common option in installations where reducing smoke emission is sought. Both connectors have a straight form factor, which facilitates connection in tight spaces. The nominal attenuation is 49.3 dB/100 m at 500 MHz. It is a compact and lightweight piece for short network patch leads.
