Description
The ASUS BW-16D1H-U PRO external optical drive, in black, connects via USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) and works with both desktop and laptop computers. Its tray supports 80 and 120 mm optical discs, and it can be mounted vertically or horizontally depending on the available space. It burns DVD-R and DVD+R at 16x, DVD-RW at 6x and DVD+RW at 8x, as well as CD-RW at 24x. In Blu-Ray format it reaches 16x with BD-R, 6x with dual-layer BD-R, 2x with BD-RE and 6x with dual-layer BD-RE. As a Blu-Ray DVD Combo drive, it works with BD, BD-R, BD-R DL, BD-RE, BD-RE DL and CD discs, among others. Its dimensions are 165 x 63 x 243 mm (width x height x depth) and it weighs 1.16 kg.
