The 1 TB Lexar NM620 SSD uses the M.2 form factor with a PCI Express 3.0 interface and NVMe 1.4 protocol, achieving sequential reads of 3300 MB/s and writes of 3000 MB/s thanks to its four data lanes. Its 3D TLC NAND memory offers 300,000 IOPS in 4KB random read and 256,000 in write, with a TBW rating of 500 and a mean time between failures of 1,500,000 hours. Designed for PCs, this component withstands shocks and vibrations, but does not include hardware encryption. With a height of 2.25 mm, it is suitable for mobile devices where you can take advantage of its speed without taking up space.
